Lucas manages the office operations while also getting his hands dirty on the ground for certain projects. Meet Phil Sgro, a seasoned concrete expert boasting over 30 years of hands-on experience. His mastery covers everything from laying to repairing and sealing various types of concrete. After running a successful concrete repair business for years, Phil is now lending his expertise to lead the concrete division at Spectre. Known for his old-school approach, Phil firmly believes in doing things by the book, backed by a satisfied client base. He navigates customers away from the shady and cheap tactics rampant in the concrete industry. With Phil at the helm, there's no concrete-related problem we can't tackle!

Christian has been a valuable member of our team for over 2 years, steadily climbing the ranks to become one of our most experienced sealer technicians. His dedication and hard work have earned him this position. Christin's expertise shines as he works across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), focusing particularly on jobs in Bolton and Brampton. He takes charge of all calls related to residential sealing, crack repair, and asphalt ramp projects, ensuring top-notch service every time!

​Zack, our advanced sales associate, is returning for his second year with the company, bringing even more expertise to the table. Zack's territory spans Woodbridge, Vaughan, Bolton, Nobleton, and Aurora. He specializes in collaborating with homeowners to tailor packages comprising multiple services that need attention. Zack excels in managing timelines, project start dates, and providing accurate estimates, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.

​Lorenzo, our junior sealer, is quickly mastering the art of sealing. He adeptly manages door-to-door sealing clients and handles on-call residential jobs with ease. Lorenzo takes pride in delivering what our company deems a 'perfect seal' – a thick, even coat of sealer with no mess or overspray, all at a fair price. His dedication to excellence ensures customer satisfaction with every project.

Steven Swallow is the latest addition to the Spectre Sealing team, tasked with managing all hot asphalt callouts. With over 10 years of extensive experience in the asphalt industry, Steven has worked in various positions, from raking to rolling. His expertise allows him to tackle larger repairs that homeowners or businesses require to maintain the safety and functionality of their asphalt surfaces. Steven is committed to delivering top-notch service, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards.

​Alex, returning for his 3rd season with Spectre, is truly a jack of all trades! Since the beginning, he's been an integral part of our team, having handled everything from line painting and crack filling to sealing and paving. Alex's expertise shines in larger projects, where he ensures smooth operations from start to finish. His background in carpentry uniquely positions him to lead concrete formwork, fencing, and deck projects with precision and skill.

​Anton, a dedicated member of the Spectre team for over 3 years, plays a crucial role in our digital sales division. He ensures that clients are well-informed about our services and what to expect, offering them a range of options for driveways to suit their needs. Anton goes the extra mile by diligently following up with customers to maintain strong relationships. Additionally, he assists in the distribution of signs and marketing materials, contributing to our brand's visibility and success.
